A group of young dance students of Nonnie de Lange Dance Studio took part in the Limpopo Eisteddfod at Laerskool Pietersburg-Oos last Tuesday and brought home a handful of certificates.
Monika Engelbrecht obtained 90% in the 14 years+ age group Tap Solo Demi Character category and was selected to take part in the gala event of the Eisteddfod tonight (Thursday), also at Laerskool Pietersburg-Oos.
Heather Oosthuizen participated in the Eisteddfod for the first time and achieved 89% in the 6 to 7 years Tap Solo Character item, while 8 to 10 years age group Anja Smit and Tessa Engelbrecht and Moshadi Mokhiti, in the 14 years+ age group, received certificates for participation in the Tap Trio and Top Solo items.
