Several Kruinies Rugby Club players were suffering from injuries which cost the team two Boet Fick League matches against Letaba Rugby Club at Krui­nies’ home turf on Saturday.
The host’s second team suffered a 38 – 10 lose in the hands of Letaba while the first team lost 51 – 13. Kruinies team coach, Dawie Marais said they did not play well due to injuries and reiterated that they are still a new team hence they don’t have many players.
Marais stated that they are preparing for their next league matches against Northam Rugby Club which will be played in Thabazimbi on 5 July. He concluded by saying they are aiming to win the games.
