The fifth qualifier of the Western Mounted Games held at Winnfield Stables on Saturday attracted over 50 riders who participated in different categories.
There was action aplenty on the day with all the participating riders aiming for the top three spots in their respective categories. Capricorn Western Mounted Games Chairperson (CWMG), Mariette Engels was happy with the turnout and was swept off her feet by the performance of level 0 rider, Tanika Wilkinson from Hoërskool Pietersburg. She applauded Tanika for a great routine and reiterated that this was only her second qualifier and she was among riders who did exceptionally well.
