Segwapa wins the day
Local golfer Aaron Segwapa was on top of his game and outcompeted his opponents to finish first during a golf tournament played at the Polokwane Golf Club on Saturday. The tournament which attracted 84 golfers saw Segwapa finishing first on 40 points followed by Benhardt Steyn on 39. Lennie Olley finished third with 35 points. …
Local golfer Aaron Segwapa was on top of his game and outcompeted his opponents to finish first during a golf tournament played at the Polokwane Golf Club on Saturday.
The tournament which attracted 84 golfers saw Segwapa finishing first on 40 points followed by Benhardt Steyn on 39. Lennie Olley finished third with 35 points.
Steyn made the jackpot lucky draw at holes four, seven, 13 and 14 but none of the golfers managed to get their hands on the prize. The jackpot was standing at 900 units but only 720 units were payable.
Two clubs went to Steyn, Zack Chuenyane and Frans Weijters with each claiming 150 units.
