Body Life WOW challenge with Heinrich and Vusi

Loose weight and tone with this week's Body Life’s Workout of the Week - all exercises demonstrated by Vusi.

This week’s challenge with Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter includes 4 full body movements high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises – five rounds each.

These exercises can be done in the gym or at home with a home gym. Push yourself and complete each round as quick as your can.
