Body Life WOW: full body workout with an added boost

This weeks workout challenge with Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter will consist of 9 rounds of full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises.

The first five rounds include: squats, sit ups, push ups and burpees – as many rounds as you can (AMRAP) in the selected time.

Rest for 2 minutes in between each round.

The last four rounds include: skips and crunches.

“It is hard work but try and have fun while you do it.. and you will see the results.”

Heinrich will explain the process and demonstrate the sequence of exercises in the video.
