Body Life dumbbell Training: tone your upper body, tighten your core

This weeks workout challenge with Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter will target the upper body and core muscles. 

The workout includes: push ups, renegade row, burpees, over head press and man makers (a combination of all four exercises).

Dumbbells will be used through each set of exercises.

“You will need to push yourself by finishing all sets in one go… completing three to five rounds of each.”

Heinrich will demonstrate each exercise in the video.
