Body Life Training: test your fitness level with these 1 min exercises

This weeks workout challenge with Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter consists of 5 one minute full-body cardio exercises.

The workout includes: jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, burpees and the plank.

“You will do each of these exercises for one minute for about three to five rounds, depending on your fitness.Rest for about a minute.

Heinrich will demonstrate each exercise in the video.

“These exercises only take a small amount of time to complete making it an excellent training option for those with a busy schedule. Complete these workouts in the best possible time to see great results.”
