The workout challenge for the week consists of two circuits; one of 5 full-body cardio exercises and the other of 3 full-body cardio exercises.
Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter will demonstrate each exercise in the video blog.
“This is a great way of increasing your fitness level and to get back in shape in a limited amount of time. Complete these workouts in the best possible time to see great results.”
Circuit 1:
“For this workout, you will do squats, squat jumps, push ups and burpees – 8 rounds each
You can rest for about a minute to a minute and half in between each circuit
Circuit 2 –
Consists of skips, box jumps and crunches – 4 rounds each
TIP: with the skips you can use a jumping rope, but if you do not own one you can just do the skips without a rope.
“Always keep track of your times and complete the same workout a month from now to monitor your improvement,” adds Heinrich.
