Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Clause 36 of the Polokwane Integrated Land Use Scheme, 2022, read together with the provisions of Section 73 of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By Law, 2017 that I, Rian Gerhard Beukes / Rian Beukes Town & Regional Planners and Property Consultants being the authorised agent of the registered owner of the property mentioned hereunder, intend applying to the Polokwane Municipality for special consent to permit the increase of density to permit the construction of 6 dwelling units on Erf 2496 Pietersburg X 11, located at 11 Orion Street, Ster Park.
