POLOKWANE – We hear the word rejuvenation a lot in conversations about beauty and skincare. These days the word soul rejuvenation became a buzz word, but what does it mean?
Meena Mistry, founder of Shivdev Training Academy and co-authored two wellness books, titled Revive Revitalize Recreate and Invent Innovate Integrate
Mistry recently approached the Polokwane community for a Nature’s Cure to Wellness workshop.
She explains what soul rejuvenation is.
“It is the process of becoming one with yourself by working on your inner self and aligning with your highest goals through your external environment. Just as you cleanse your physical body with a daily bath, you need to cleanse your other four bodies. Each of these bodies requires regular attention and cleansing to maintain overall well-being.”
She explains there are five stages of human development namely physical (body), etheric (specialised nerves), astral (mind), causal (wisdom) and super causal (bliss).
“A balanced integration of these five stages of growth creates a fully integrated conscious human being, developing from the physical to elevated consciousness, the causal or super causal stage.”
She continues to name traits of soul rejuvenation, namely inner awareness of yourself, outer awareness of the world around you, and inner awareness of the effects created by the outer environment.
“Soul rejuvenation should be a lifestyle that you integrate into your daily routine. This consistency helps create a neuropathway that syncs your body, soul, and mind in cohesion. By vibrating at the same frequency, you heal and rejuvenate yourself, ultimately creating a purposeful life.”
