POLOKWANE – The circumstances that caused the death of a girl who died after having been run over by a drag racer will be looked into by an expert.
This was confirmed by Seshego police spokesperson, Serg Ali Maluleke following the arrest of Katlego Mosoma (20) at the crime scene along Beach Front Road in Seshego Zone 4 in December.

His latest court appearance was on February 26, when the matter was postponed to a date the investigating officer is yet to confirm. National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi said this date will be provided to BONUS as soon as possible.
The court agreed that during this court appearance, an expert would provide a theory on what most probably occurred based on information provided, which includes images of the scene that were collected as evidence.
The death of the Dimpho Monareng (14) sent shockwaves through the local community, and her schoolmates from Bokamoso Senior Secondary School and residents found it befitting to hold a candlelit ceremony at the scene of the accident.
