Don’t miss Rotary’s online auction

The Rotary E-Club will host an online auction with various items up for grabs and all proceeds will be donated to charities.

POLOKWANE- The Rotary E-Club of Baobab’s August Rush Online Auction takes place on August 3 and sponsors went out of their way to contribute to the exquisite list of items that will be up for grabs.

Some of the items on auction include a kudu bull to be hunted at Mockford Farms (transport, processing of carcass and accommodation for own account) and seven nights’ accommodation at Kruger Park Lodge in a three-bedroom, six-bed self-catering facility between August 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024, sponsored by Networth Group.

Collectors may be interested in the Jameson Collection, consisting of 200ml Jameson Limited, 200ml Jameson Gold and 200ml Jameson Special or the Johnnie Walker Collection, consisting of 200ml Johnnie Walker Red Label, 200ml Johnnie Walker Black Label, 200ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label and a 200ml bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label.

There are also a number of gift vouchers to the value of R2 500 each that can be redeemed at The Farmyard Trading Post, courtesy of Paul Altenroxel.

Gemco (Pty) Ltd donated a hand-carved semi-precious stone bust made from African Jade in either verdite or pyrophyllite.

According to the president of the Rotary E-Club, Phuti Ragophala, all the proceeds will be donated to charities.

Ngwana Baby Home, where abandoned babies are housed in the city and the distribution costs of dry rice packs imported from Iowa in the US by Blessman Ministries, are some of the beneficiaries.

“This is an opportunity not to be missed and we wish to thank all our donors and invite residents to support the auction in their numbers,” Ragophala said.
