Wet weather to continue in Polokwane this week

Mild temperatures and partly cloudy to cloudy conditions will persist throughout the week with a level 5 warning for disruptive rain in place for Monday.

POLOKWANE – The South African Weather Service has extended the Level 5 warning for disruptive rain in the city.

The warning is in effect until 23:59 tonight with showers anticipated throughout the day.

Wet weather is expected to continue in Polokwane this week with thunderstorms and rain forecast every day.

AccuWeather’s forecast suggests mild temperatures will persist throughout the week with maximum highs of 26ºC, while the weekend will warm up to highs of 29ºC.

Monday and Thursday will see an 80% chance of thunderstorms while there is an 18%-55% chance for the rest of the week.

Partly cloudy conditions will remain with cloudy conditions expected on Saturday.
