POLOKWANE – Do you remember how to send an sms or make a phone call?
With WhatsApp down globally, users will have to resort to other means of communication until the problem is resolved.
The app doesn’t initially look broken, with chats and contacts able to load, but once a user is into a chat, the app shows a “connecting” message that never resolves itself, and so new messages can’t be sent or received.
The problem is experienced globally with users taking to twitter to share their frustration.
