[WATCH] Miss SA attributes her success to home province

Miss SA 2022 Ndavi Nokeri will continue her homecoming celebrations with a parade through Polokwane before she makes her way home to Gavaza village outside Tzaneen.

POLOKWANE – The Sport, Arts and Culture MEC Thandi Moraka and Limpopo Government welcomed newly crowned Miss SA Ndavi Nokeri home during a special homecoming celebration at Meropa Casino and Entertainment World on Friday morning (August 26).

Nokeri, who hails from Gavaza village outside Tzaneen, was crowned Miss SA 2022 on August 13 and thanked the province for a warm welcome.

“I feel honoured to be back home. I look forward to visiting and inspiring more schools and homes in Limpopo,” she said.

Nokeri’s homecoming celebrations will continue with a visit to Greenside Primary School and a parade through the streets of Polokwane.

On Saturday, she will visit Hosi Mohlaba (Va-Nkuna Royal Council) and the Ezamazwi Centre for Innovation which will be followed by a street paradise in Lenyenye, Nkoankowa and Tzaneen.

On Sunday she will go home to Gabaza Village where a festival will be hosted in her honour.
