This is why you’re struggling to buy prepaid electricity and water

The Polokwane Municipality said the matter has been escalated to a team that is working on restoring the service.

POLOKWANE – The Polokwane Municipality said residents will not be able to purchase prepaid electricity and water due to techinical challenges on their system.

Municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala said their prepaid system is experiencing technical challenges which is causing breakdowns and delays in network.

“The matter has been escalated to a team that is working on restoring the service and we will provide regular updates on the municipal communication platforms in terms of developments concerning restoration of the system,” he said.
