Rain forecast for Polokwane this week

AccuWeather's forecast suggests a 71% chance of rain on Friday morning and a 59% chance of afternoon showers on Thursday.

POLOKWANE – A wet start to the weekend is on the cards for the city with rain forecast on Thursday (July 21) and Friday (July 22).

Both People’s Weather and AccuWeather forecast rain for Polokwane this week with temperatures expected to drop into the high teens tomorrow (July 19).

According to People’s Weather, temperatures will remain in the high teens to low twenties for the week with partly cloudy conditions expected from Tuesday.

Saturday will be the warmest day of the week at 21ºC, while Friday will be the coolest at 18ºC with a 10% chance of rain.

Meanwhile, AccuWeather’s forecast suggests a 71% chance of rain on Friday morning and a 59% chance of afternoon showers on Thursday.

There is also a 25% chance of rain on Tuesday.

AccuWeather’s forecast also suggests maximum temperatures in the high teens to low twenties for the week with partly cloudy conditions expected.
