These Seshego areas without power supply on Thursday
A contractor will install an 11kV ring for Seshego Water Treatment Works.
POLOKWANE – Some residents and business owners in the Seshego cluster will be without power supply for eight hours tomorrow (May 12).
In a statement, municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala said the power outage will affect Zone 3 and Zone 4 in the vicinity of New Era Drive and Alf Makaleng Street.
“A contractor will be completing an 11 kV ring for Seshego Water Treatment Works between 08:00 and 16:00. Residents in these areas are advised to treat electrical wiring as live
and to switch off all appliances to avoid injury and damage once power supply is restored,” Selala explained.
He urged residents who experience power supply related challenges to report them to the Electrical Helpline on 015 290 2490. “You can also send a WhatsApp message to 083 824 9886 or call the Municipal Call Centre on 015 290 2000/2458 or 015 023 5000,” Selala concluded.
