WATCH: Mitchell House choir serenades moms for Mother’s Day

Mitchell House's Junior Phase choir pulled out all the stops for their rendition of Meghan Trainor's song, Mom. 

POLOKWANE – What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than with a song.

Mitchell House hosted a combined Mother’s and Slipper Day celebration on May 6 to spoil their moms with treats and games in the school’s theatre.

The highlight of the day was a special rendition of Meghan Trainor’s Mom by the Junior Phase choir, led byGr 2 teacher Geraldine Mackie.

Raeesa Sempe

Raeesa Sempe is a Caxton Award-winning Digital Editor with nine years’ experience in the industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand and started her journey as a community journalist for the Polokwane Review in 2015.
