Municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala said members of the team will be in possession of a municipal identification card and will wear a Polokwane Municipality reflector bib that will be branded in the front and at the back.

Selala said the municipality appeals for cooperation and patience during this process to upgrade prepaid electricity and water meters.

“More information on the TID rollover can be accessed through www.tidrollover.com. Enquiries can be emailed to audit@polokwane.gov.za and the prepaid office can be contacted on 081 747 0878 or 081 517 0042 or 072 276 8582.
