[TAKE NOTE] Lane closures due to burst pipe
A burst pipe near the Vermikuliet and Witklip intersection has resulted in the road being partly closed.
POLOKWANE – Municipal traffic officers are on the scene where a pipe burst had led two the closure of two lanes.
The pipe burst at the Vermikuliet and Witklip intersection and as a result two lanes, towards the R521 (Dendron road), says the spokesperson for the Polokwane Municipality, Thipa Selala.
“Traffic is backed-up around the area and officers are on the scene to divert motorists and control traffic flow.”
Motorists are in the meantime advised to avoid the area where possible.
