LIMPOPO – Another fatal collision has been recorded on provincial roads this long weekend.
The latest collision claimed the lives of seven people after a sedan and a minibus collided on the N1 near Mokopane.
Transport department media liaison officer Mike Maringa is yet to confirm details about the incident but confirmed the fatalities.
Emergency services are on the scene and motorists are advised to use caution upon approach, as well as add extra travel time.
The incident comes a few hours after a driver of a bakkie was killed in a head-on collision, on the same road, near Polokwane.
