[WATCH] Pemps learners want to uplift the underprivileged

Learners at PEMPS were asked if they were the Polokwane mayor, what would they do different that would benefit the city.

POLOKWANE – The mayor’s role extends well beyond officiating at council meetings or other municipal proceedings and includes providing leadership, promoting positive relationships and modelling good governance.

Ella Khomo: If I were the mayor of Polokwane, I would talk to councillors so that we can all work together to make changes. I would also take the homeless off the streets and have them clean up the streets in exchange for food and shelter.
