POLOKWANE – The teacher who organised the competition, Mandy du Plessis, explained that each learner was given a Bingo card that has 25 different books on it. “Each time they read a book they received a sticker on their Bingo cards. They had to collect all the stickers in order to get a Bingo.
There were 13 winners and they were rewarded by wearing casual clothes on September 17. They will also receive a prize at the prize giving ceremony,” she said.
The winners are Glory Adedoja, Meladi Ngoasheng, Rati Mdhluli, Katlego Matlonya, Unene Mtsetwene, Ramakanyane Tladi, Hashir Abbas, Blessing Musekwa, Moagu Tladi, Leila Korff, Tshegofatso Mdhluli, Zuhaib Muhammad and Khuthadzo Nethomboni.
