POLOKWANE – If you live in and around Polokwane and are aged 18 or over, you can get a Covid-19 jab at one of several walk-in vaccination sites to be hosted this week.
In an effort to drive the vaccination rate in the city the Department of Health will host outreach vaccination sites in the city and in Seshego between Tuesday (September 21) and Thursday (September 23).
The clinics will be facilitated by staff from the Pietersburg Provincial and Seshego Hospital.
Herewith the weekly schedule:
Polokwane Provincial Hospital
September 21 – City Centre Taxi Rank
September 22 – Mochachos Resaurant in Nirvana, Buite Clinic
September 23 – Rocla
The clinics will be open from 08:00 to 15:00.
Seshego Hospital
September 21 – Motinti Sports Ground
September 22 – Chuene Clinic, Maja Clinic
September 23 – Ext 44 Hostel (Greenside)

Register on the EVDS and book your appointment:
- Online by visiting vaccine.enroll.gov.za
- Send a WhatsApp saying “REGISTER” to 0600 123 456
- SMS *134*832* followed by your ID number
- Contact the Covid-19 hotline on 0800 029 999.
What do you need to bring along to the vaccination station?
- Proof of identity (e.g. ID/driver’s license/passport)
- Vaccine code (SMS received from the Department of Health)
Residents who have not registered in the EVDS system will be assisted at the site.

Residents can also make a booking or visit any participating Dischem, Clicks or Local Choice pharmacy or Medi-Clinic Limpopo to get their Covid-19 injection.
