POLOKWANE – Local fitness enthusiasts danced themselves fit during an hour-long fitness session facilitated by Secret Sunrise at Mall of the North on Saturday morning.
On arrival participants were given headsets through which the facilitators guided them through various elements of meditation and ecstatic dance.
