Pep Stores donates to baby home

Pep Stores believes in giving back to the local communities and with many people in need during these difficult times, they took it upon themselves to assist where possible.

POLOKWANE – Pep Stores extended a helping hand to Ngwana Baby House on August 26.

Pep Stores believes in giving back to the local communities and with many people in need during these difficult times, they took it upon themselves to assist where possible. They were able to make a donation of baby essentials and wipes which are in demand because of the age group of the babies at Ngwana Baby House. They also provided them with cleaning supplies.

Candise Chiloane, the Limpopo regional secretary explained that Pep Stores approached Ngwana Baby House, which takes in babies from birth to two years old, to find out what their needs are. “We are excited to assist because most of what they needed, we were able to provide. We are happy to assist and to make a small difference in the lives of the young ones as well as the women that devote themselves to taking care of them,” she said.

Ngwana Baby House house mother, Sandra Jansen van Rensburg said that they are grateful for every donation. “We thank the community and businesses for their support, especially Pep Stores for their contribution. If it was not for the support that we receive, our doors would be closed by now,” she said.
