POLOKWANE – A dance fitness session unlike anything you have ever experienced before. Dance up a sweat this Saturday (September 11) during the Secret Sunrise Fitness Session from 10:00 – 11:00 at the Game Court in Mall of the North.
On arrival you will be given headsets through which the facilitators will guide you through various elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All you have to do is dance and party along.
The theme for the event is FLOWER POWER. If you are feeling adventurous dress to the theme.
