New Lepelle Northern Water board chairperson
Lepelle Northern Water (LNW) recently appointed its new board with Ndweleni Mphephu as chairperson.
POLOKWANE – The new board will serve for a term of four years, effective from August 4.
Mphephu served on the interim board of LNW and two more members of the interim board, Joe Mathebula and Mosibodi Makhwedi Makgopa-Madisa were permanently appointed.
Other board members include Mack Makobane Magoele, Mape Norah Gololo, Fikile Judith Mudau, Bukeka Mahlutshana, Ramashia Richard Tlou, Pulane Molokwane, Fhululani Munyai, Manqoba Snothile Mholi Soni and Salome Chiloane-Nwabueze.
Acting chief executive Ahuiwi Netshidaulu congratulated the new board members on behalf of LNW’s Executive Committee (Exco) and employees on their appointment. He alluded to great excitement on the part of the exco and the rest of the organisation about the news.
“We wish them well in their endeavours and pledge our unwavering support to the collective. We are looking forward to the guidance and leadership to be displayed by the new chairperson and his board,” stated Netshidaulu.
