POLOKWANE – Are you 35-year-old and above. Do you fall within the eligible groups as stated by the National Department of Health?
Then you can visit the MTN Bendor offices at 1 Nicosia Street off Hillary Drive, Ismini Office Park, today to get your Covid-19 jab.
As part of the Covid-19 vaccination outreach programme to various sectors within the province, the Health MEC, Dr Phophi Ramathuba, will monitor the Covid-19 vaccination roll-out at the MTN offices on Wednesday (August 11) from 11:00.
“Those who are eligible to receive the vaccine and who reside in the area, are welcome to come and vaccinate.”
Residents are urged to register beforehand on the government’s Electronic Vaccine Data System (EVDS).
How do you register?
- Online by visiting vaccine.enroll.gov.za
- Send a WhatsApp saying “REGISTER” to 0600 123 456
- SMS *134*832* followed by your ID number
- Contact the Covid-19 hotline on 0800 029 999.
What do you need to bring along to the vaccination station?
- Proof of identity (e.g. ID/driver’s license/passport)
- Vaccine code (SMS received from the Department of Health)
- Medical aid card, if you have
