Taxila awarded as best performing school in 2020

The South African Democratic Teachers Union's (SADTU) Seshego branch recently awarded Taxila Secondary School as the best performing school for the 2020 academic year.

Shikwambana Shirly Manamela, SADTU representative of Seshego branch hands over the award to Taxila Secondary School Principal, Tlou Ramara.

POLOKWANE -The award was received by Principal, Tlou Ramara and was given in honour of the late Peter Ramaphakela, the branch’s chairperson who passed away at the beginning of the year.

“We are very grateful to SADTU for recognising us as the best performing school for the 2020 academic year. Our learners have done very well and we congratulate each one of them for working so hard. They make us extremely proud,” Ramara said.
