LIMPOPO – The police appeals to anyone who knows the whereabouts of Mookgophong resident, Francois Cornelius Pieterse to contact the police immediately.
68-year-old Pieterse was last seen at the old age home in Groothoek Hospital on 22 May.
According to police spokesperson, Sgt Mienkie Ramakgoakgoa the guardian at the home saw the victim at 11:00 on the day he went missing. “It is alleged he absconded from the home as the security guard informed the police that he did not use the main gate to leave the premises.”
Pieterse is described as tall and slim ad was last seen wearing a pair of jean shorts, a blue jersey and blue shoes.
Police have conducted searches in and around the area with no success, Ramakgoakgoa added.
