POLOKWANE – Holding placards with phrases “Give us back our land” and “Westies are Gatvol”, residents of Ward 19 will this morning make their way through Polokwane central business district (CBD) to the Polokwane Municipality in Landdross Maré Street.

The memorandum was accepted by Cllr William Kganyago, a member of the mayoral committee on behalf of the Executive Mayor Thembi Nkadimeng.
This march comes a month after residents blocked roads in and around Westenburg to create awareness in their plight for jobs and land.
