Polokwane man missing since 2 February

Police are searching for 37-year-old, Robert Makopole, who was last seen on 2 February.

Police Spokesperson, Lt Col Mampaswa Seabi says Makopole resides in Nirvana and works as a driver at a hardware company in Polokwane.

“On the day he went missing he was reportedly on his way to meet a client at a security village in Bendor. He was driving the company vehicle, a white Kia half truck with registration number DLL878L. He never returned to work thereafter and no one knows of his whereabouts.”

Attempts to locate him at friends, relatives and within the vicinity he was last seen, have been unsuccessful, she added.

In a detailed description, the police said Makopole is 1.5 metre tall and was wearing black trousers with a blue T-shirt at the time of his disappearance.

A search for the missing man continues and the police urges anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact the Investigating Officer,  WO Peter Mangakeng at 0827289831.

Alternatively they can also contact the 24-hour Crime stop number at 086 0010 111 or their nearest police station.
