[TAKE NOTE] Polokwane Municipality’s Building Inspection office closed due to Covid-19 infection

The Building Inspection section will be decontaminated as part of the safety and prevention protocols.

POLOKWANE – Residents are advised that the Polokwane Municipality’s Building Inspection section (for submission of building plans) at the Civic Centre will be temporarily closed.

This is due to a Covid-19 related cases involving a member of staff attached to the section, explained Thipa Selala, Municipal Spokesperson.

“The Building Inspection section will be decontaminated as part of the safety and prevention protocols to ensure safety among municipal employees and members of the public visiting the section.” He added that the section will resume operations from Wednesday, 13 January.“

As the Polokwane Municipality we urge all employees and members of the public to observe and practice Covid-19 safety measures; these include the wearing of a face mask at all time, regularly washing hands with soap or sanitiser and social distancing,” he concluded.
