Police appeals for help to find missing boy (9)

The child was last seen on Saturday, 31 October.

LIMPOPO – The police are searching for nine-year-old Margose Rebone Mphahlele, who went missing while playing with friends at Dithabaneng, Ga-Mphahlele village.

According to Police Spokesperson, Lt Col Mamphaswa Seabi says the boy went missing on Saturday, 31 October.

“His mother alleges she attended the wedding ceremony in the village and left her son playing with the other children. She last saw him at 16:00.”

Later when they could not locate the child the community searched the vicinity, but were not successful.

The police appeals to anyone with information that can assist the police to locate the missing person, to contact Lt Col Baloyi at 082 565 8234, the 24-hour Crime Stop number at 0860010111 or the nearest police station.

Seabi says the missing boy was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, a pair of mustard short trousers and blue takkies. The search operation and police investigations are still continuing.
