Limpopo police, family launch search for mother, three daughters

The 38-year-old mother and her daughters, aged 8, 14 and 17, were reported missing on Friday, 30 October.

LIMPOPO – The police in Thohyandou are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing a mother a 38-year-old mother and her three daughters who went missing on Friday, 30 October.

Lucy Rambevha and her three daughters, Rolivhuwa (8), Mulweli (14) and Rotakala (17) were reportedly last seen at their home in Thohoyandou Block E.

Police Spokesperson, Lt Colonel Mamphaswa Seabi says preliminary police investigations indicated that the mother had argued with her husband before she and her daughters went missing. “The husband who currently works in Polokwane, alleges that when he arrived from work last week, there was nobody to welcome him at home.”

A grey Mazda 3 which belongs to the wife is also missing, Seabi adds.

“Efforts to locate the missing persons at families and friends were unsuccessfully and their cellphones are on voicemail.”

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to contact Warrant Officer Radzilani at 082 222 9023 or 015 960 1000. ALternatively they can also conact the 24-hour Crime Stop number at 0860010111 or their nearest police station.
