POLOKWANE – Ashton Ndlovu not only creates unique and beautiful graters, but can also put on quite a show while explaining how it works.
His stall is one of many at N.G. Kerk Pietersburg-Oos’ Spring Market taking place from today, 28 October until 7 November. There are a variety of sweet treats, gifts, art, plants, jewellery and clothing on offer. Dinge vir Manne caters solely for the men and includes Vencor Meat, biltong, droë wors and plants, second hand tools, camping and garden equipment, dried Mopani braai wood and much more.
Visitors can also relax at a coffee shop that offers delicious sweet and savoury snacks in a cozy atmosphere. Orders can be placed daily for takeaways such as pancakes, burgers, curry and rice, boerewors rolls and even a delicious slice of cake. This can be picked up at an arranged time.
Prizes up for grabs
There are great prizes to be won with lucky draws such as three holidays for six people for five days worth approximately R5 000 each at Sondela, Mabula and Mabalingwe, gift vouchers and lots more. Tickets are sold at R25 per ticket or five tickets for R100.
The prizes are available for pre-viewing at the Lentemark and the draw will take place on Saturday, 7 November at 14:00. Persons must be present with their ticket to win the prize.
