Noordeland’s cream of the crop awarded for their excellence

Noorderland High School hosted their Excellence Awards ceremony on 15 October. During the ceremony, the Representative Council of Learners (RCL) of 2020 were thanked for their unselfish service and the new RCL announced. Dorah Makalela will take over the reins from Moyahabo Hamese (2020) as vice president, while Dichochi Ramotlou takes Thato Kgomo’s position as president.

The following learners received prizes for subject distinctions:

  • Afrikaans FAL: Tanyha Benadie, Bongiwe Rikhotso and Lufuno Tshishonga.
  • Sepedi HL: Dithoko Legodi, Lesego Sephoka, Kelebogile Mahlaba, Mmashela Phaka and Mahlatse Ramohlola.
  • Mathematics: Ramasela Ledwaba, Lebogang Mabula and Sekate Mphaphele Sekate.
  • Computer Applications Technology: Tsakani Mthombeni.
