Thorisho Kgomo murder case to commence on Friday

The 17-year-old suspect arrested in connection with the murder of Thorisho Kgomo, will next appear before the Seshego Magistrate's Court on 16 October.

LIMPOPO – The case was earlier postponed to allow the prosecution ample time for further investigations. Kgomo, a Luthuli Park resident, was stabbed multiple times on 1 January in Seshego Zone 3 while at a party with friends.

He succumbed to his injuries in hospital a few days later. Kgomo was set to start Gr 12 at Northern Academy this year.

The suspect, who has since been detained at the Bosasa Place of Safety in Seshego, was arrested after police received a tip-off from the community.
