MOKOPANE – ‘We demand jobs for all youth of Mogalakwena,’ says a banner as members of the Mogalakwena Concerned and Affected Community (MCAC) group, the Mokopane Task Team (MTT) and the South African National Civic Organisation (Sanco) join hands for an organised march.
The members are marching to Anglo American Platinum – Mogalakwena Mine outside Mokopane, to hand over a memorandum that raises social development concerns.
Members demand a complete audit report from the mine regarding all social projects promised to the community.
