[WATCH] Mokopane celebrates Heritage Day with a Jerusalema twist

Employees from The Crossing Mall took on the Jerusalema challenge in their traditional attire.

MOKOPANE – Employees from The Crossing Mall in Mokopane have answered the President’s call by participating in the #JerusalemaDanceChallenge.

Dressed in traditional attire, staff took on the challenge this morning in celebration of Heritage Day and wowed onlookers.

The idea came about when Emelda Khoza and James Mathekga, organisers and employees, decided that because the Covid-19 pandemic had such a huge impact on everyone’s lives, they wanted to do something to lift spirits.

When Master KG and Nomcebo’s last words were sung, employees were back to work with laughter and big smiles.
