Review and Observer spoil residents with kindness

Polokwane Review, Polokwane Observer and Bonus shared the love on Nelson Mandela's birthday and donated food parcels to Meals on Wheels.

POLOKWANE – The nationwide lockdown didn’t stop South Africans from celebrating the late President, Nelson Mandela’s birthday by giving 67 minutes of their time.

Polokwane Review, Polokwane Observer and Bonus shared the love as part of our Caxton Care Project and donated food parcels to Meals on Wheels.

“We would like to thank the Meals on Wheels teams for serving the community. This is only something small but we hope it will warm a lot of hearts,” Mario Janse van Rensburg, Review Business Manager, said.

Cheryl Gibson and Irene Nathye from Meals on Wheels were grateful for the donations and thanked Review for always putting the community first. Cheryl is with the Polokwane Meals on Wheels team and Irene represents the Westenburg branch.

Review would like to thank our sponsors who made this heartwarming donation possible: Sasko (bread), Nazaru Bricks (food parcels) and Dr Fulufhelo Nkhumeleni (sanitiser).
