POLOKWANE – A man was transported to hospital following a collision between a light motor vehicle and a truck in Vermikuliet Street earlier today.
It is understood that the motorist in the sedan was indicating to turn into a premises across the road when he was rear-ended by a truck.
Witnesses on the scene explained how the sedan flipped over and landed on its roof.
An emergency services worker said the driver of the sedan had been badly injured, and had to be transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
The exact cause of the collision will form part of a police investigation.
