Mr Limpopo extends a giving hand
Indigent families benefitted when Kgeledi Letsoalo decided to offer help.
LIMPOPO – Mr Limpopo 2020, Kgeledi Letsoalo through his social outreach programme donated food parcels to indigent families in Lenyenye, Tzaneen and the Kgapane area last Saturday.
Letsoalo said with the gesture, he wanted to ease the burden of the families adversely affected by the Coronavirus and the subsequent lockdown.
“I was told that children from the area would go to bed hungry. It is painful because most of them depend on the school nutrition programme and some of their parents have been retrenched. I trust and hope that the donation will make a difference in their lives,” Letsoalo said.
The food parcels included non-perishable food items, vegetables, fruits, bags, mealie-meal and cake flour.
