Limpopo Covid-19 cases now at 236

The province has recorded a total of 159 recoveries.

LIMPOPO – According to the latest figures released by the Department of Health, the number of positive Covid-19 cases in Limpopo stands at 236, with one case in transit.

The department confirmed that the province recorded a total of 10 new cases in the last 24 hours: three in Polokwane, one in Tzaneen, three in Fetakgomo Tubatse, one in Bela-Bela and two in Lephalale.

Sekhukhune district now has 29 active cases and 90 recoveries.

A total of 18 823 tests have been conducted; 10 857 public of which 16 tested positive and 7 966 private of which 220 tested positive.

The number of recoveries recorded stands at 159 and active Covid-19 positive cases in the province now stand at 74.
