Search operation launched for missing girl (17)

The South African Police Service in Lebowakgomo outside Polokwane have launched a search operation for the 17-year-old who left her house without informing her family where she was going to.

POLOKWANE – Mathomo Mayo Secondary School learner, Suzan Neo Hlabathi has disappeared from her home in Lebowakgomo zone A on 24 March.

Police Spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe said in a statement that the police have conducted search operations at relatives and friends without success.

“There is no information about the type of clothes she was wearing at the time of her disappearance,” the statement reads.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Hlabathi may contact WO Leolo at 084 039 9671, the crime stop number at 086 001 0111 or their nearest police station.

Police investigations are still continuing.
