MOKOPANE – Mokopane residents have heeded the call by the President, Cyril Ramaphosa to stay at home and practice social distancing, on the first day of the 21-day national lockdown. Bosveld took a trip through town earlier today.

Only essential services are available. Members from the police force as well as local security companies were patrolling the streets.
Meanwhile, the National Department of Health confirmed that the Covid-19 cases in the country have now exceeded the 1000-mark, with two official deaths.
