“I am shattered with the death of yet another child in our province. I would like to take this opportunity and urge parents to always ensure the safety of your children by not taking them to areas that might endanger their lives. Our social workers, who have been with the family since Nlhamulo was reported missing, continue with the provision of psycho-social support to the bereaved family and all other affected community members. We hope that the police’s investigations will reveal the exact cause of this toddler’s death. I wish to take this moment to express my heartfelt condolences to the Baloyi family,” said Rakgaole.
